With advanced degrees in food culture, policy, and systems—and leadership roles in the USDA Northwest and Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center—we understand what it takes to grow a successful shared kitchen. We’re also the team behind The Food Corridor, the world’s largest platform connecting food businesses with commercial kitchen space.

Ashley is a Registered Dietitian with a Doctorate in Food Systems from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University, bringing a unique food systems perspective across social, economic, and environmental spheres.
